The Justice Adolphus Enebeli Panel of Enquiry into the collapsed 7-storey building in the Government Reservation Area, GRA, of Port Harcourt, the state capital, has scheduled December 19 date for it maiden sitting.
Addressing journalists in Port Harcourt, Thursday, Justice Enebeli said all those found to be connected with the collapse of the building will be punished, adding that the panel had received memoranda from the public ahead of its seating.
He said the panel would seat everyday except on weekends to ensure it meets the deadline set for it by the government.
Meanwhile, 51 persons have been rescued from the wreckage while the rescue workers are still working day and night in the hope that many others trapped in the rubble would still be found.
