Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai has commended troops of the Air Task Force Operation, LAFIYA DOLE, for their decisive role played in the destruction of 7 terrorists’ gun trucks and the elimination of a number of insurgents in Marte Axis.
In a statement made available to newsmen by the Director, Army Public Relation, Brigadier General Sagir Musa, he said the Army Chief appreciated the action of the troops which he said to be heroic and Patriotic.
He further said Lt. General Buratai urged the troops to maintain the momentum and expedite actions that will speedily and completely lead to the defeat of Boko Haram/ ISWAP terrorist in Nigeria.
