Registra of the National Examinations Council, NECO, Prof Godswill Obioma has died of heart failure contrary to earlier reports that he was assassinated by gunmen in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, yesterday.
The Director Human Resources of the National Examination Council, NECO, Abdul Mustapha, confirmed on Tuesday morning to reporters that Obioma died in his sleep as a result of heart failure.
