Sambo Dasuki, former National Security Adviser
Few hours after it set aside the indictment of former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, spokesman, Olisah Metuh, the Appeal Court presided over by Justice Stephen Adah, has also set aside the judgment delivered against former National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki, in a judgment of the Federal High Court in Abuja
The judgment was in respect of the Federal High Court ruling, which convicted and sentenced Metuh, for money laundering.
Justice Adah, leading a three-man panel, stated the Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court did not give Dasuki a fair hearing.
The same court which set aside Metuh’s sentence on the grounds that Justice Abang showed bias in his scathing comments against the former PDP spokesman, ordered a retrial of Metuh’s case under a new judge other than Abang
