Two persons said to by his bodyguards died in a road accident on Monday, which also left boxer, Anthony Joshua, with minor injuries. The fatal collision occurred along a busy highway section of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Makun, Ogun State.
Joshua was travelling in a Lexus Jeep with the number plate KRD 850 HN when it collided with a stationary truck. The two fatalities were reported at the scene where the crash took place.
The incident happened just before Danco Filling Station. The circumstances surrounding the collision with the stationary truck remain under investigation by local authorities.
