… One killed, Two Injured in the attack by Unknown Gunmen

Three policemen and an aide attached to former Minister of Sports and Youth Development, Mr. Damishi Sango were the victims of an attack by yet to be identified gunmen who invaded his residence in Jos on Wednesday evening.
One of the victims, a policeman, died in the attack while two others sustained injuries.
The attackers who stormed the residence of ex- Minister and former State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Danwal, Ganawuri after Vom, in Riyom Local Government Area around 9:00pm on Wednesday were said to have shot sporadically for several hours before gaining entrance into the compound.
An eyewitness told journalists that the attackers also took away the rifle of the dead policeman
The injured, two security details and an aide, are receiving medical attention at the Jos University Teaching Hospital, JUTH as at the time of filing this report
