In an effort to curtail the spread of Corona virus which has surged up on the second wave, the Lagos State Government has further extended the initial work-from-home order to all Lagos State Public Servants on Level 14 and below, till February 1, 2021.

The directive is contained in a statement signed by the Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, and made available to newsmen.

Mr. Muri-Okunola noted that the directive by Governor Sanwo-Olu excludes all essential duty and First responders Staff in the state.

Mr. Hakeem further said the Governor urged all public servants to stay safe and ensure continued observance of all COVID-19 protocols for physical distancing, use of face masks, regular washing of hands with soap and running water and the use of an alcohol based sanitizer.
