Ajayi earned his first premiership goal with the powerful header
Nigeria International Semi Ajayi headed in a dramatic late equaliser against defending champions Liverpool to put West Brom on the books since Sam Allardyce took charge.
It happened at Anfield in the 83rd minute when the former Charlton Athletic defender took his chance.

That ‘Christmas’ strike against the Reds, earned the Nigeria international his maiden goal in the English top- flight game. And gave Allardyce something to hope for their Tuesday game with Leeds, considering the club’s 1-1 performance against another top club, Manchester City, in manager Slaven Bilics last game with the Baggies.
