Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state has hailed the immediate past governor of the state, Capt. Idris Ichala Wada for his style of politics without bitterness.
The Governor through his Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Mohammed said that this special quality on the part of his immediate counterparts, Capt. Idris Wada remained a source of inspiration and worthy of emulation by other politicians in Nigeria.
Bello who was extending his Felicitation to the immediate past Governor of the State Capt Idris Ichala Wada on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary described him as a man of honour and humility.
Governor Bello said On behalf of his family, the government and people of Kogi State, he heartily felicitate with his predecessor and father, on the occasion ot his 70th birthday “
The Governor pointed out that celebrating one’s 70th birthday anniversary in good health was no doubt a great milestone in the life of any mortal privileged to witness such.
Bello lauded the former Governor’s humble and humane leadership style adding that the history of Kogi State would be incomplete without a mention of his contributions to its development and growth under his for four years rule.
Governor Bello prayed that as he clocked 70 years on earth, the Almighty Allah would continue to keep him in sound health to continue to contribute to the development of the state and country at large.
