With the intensive electioneering campaign toward the 2023 in Plateau State gearing up, a world wide security expert Solomon Nandy Chendan has picked the governorship ticket of the African Democratic Congress ,ADC, assuring the electorate of his determinations to salvage the state and repositioning security challenges and tackle poverty, unemployment
Addressing members after the unanimous decision taken for his official affirmation by the delegates across the 17 LGAs at Kalwa House ,Solomon Nandy promised to be a servant leader if elected as the governor of Plateau state in the upcoming general elections.
He said the vision and mission of campaign team is to encourage oneness and improve on welfare of citizenry .
Chendan emphasized that in one of solid agenda to people of Plateau state was transforming and repositioning the state as one of commercial hubs of Nigeria .
He noted that was his ambition is bourn out of his desire for compassion, commitment and leadership which his security expertise has instilled in him to guard and safeguard lives and properties of citizens .
According to him, Plateau state “belongs to all of us, it is not about me ,neither about Caleb Mutfwang , APC , PDP but is our projects for Plateau, your state and my state so we must work hard to improve the economic well-being of our people .
He stated that time has come to address numerous challenges facing us by putting it behind us a forge ahead and Plateau must rise again and shine .
Solomon solicited the cooperation of voters to vote wisely for him as their votes will make him achieve success .
During the event, the Chairman of African Democratic Congress ,ADC , Hon Sam Pam Gyang also presented 24 candidates for the Plateau State House of Assembly ,3 senatorial and 7 house of representatives candidate as flag bearers of the party in Plateau State.
He appreciated the party loyal men and women who stood for the party in it trying moments, but stressed that the need to be more stronger and united to win the race .
