The University of Nigeria, Nsukka has cancelled the post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, screening exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session owing to the hazard of traveling for many candidates.
Registrar of the institution, Mrs C Nnebedum stated that the post- UTME, which was scheduled to hold between Tuesday, October 3 through Friday, October 18, 2023, would instead be replaced with result screening and advised candidates to upload their results on the varsity’s portal.
She said, “management has come up with the decision that for the 2023/2024 academic session, the screening exercise shall be by verified JAMB, UTME and O’ Level Direct Entry results in place of post UTME computer based test examination. Any candidate who failed to upload the verified O’ Level results at JAMB CAPS in record time shall not be considered for admission.”
She advised candidates to regularly chech the varsity’s web site for further information.
