President Bola Tinubu on Monday held a closed-door meeting with Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The agenda of the meeting was not disclosed as of press time.
However, it marked Fubara’s first visit to the President since the lifting of the six-month suspension and state of emergency in Rivers State on September 18, 2025.
Fubara, dressed in a white caftan and black cap, arrived at the Villa at about 6:20 p.m.
