The Plateau North Senatorial candidate on the platform of the People Redemption Party, PRP, Dr. Suleiman Yahaya Kwande has officially flag-off electioneering by inaugurating his campaign council at the weekend.
Kwande inaugurated the campaign team held at Sharna Hotel of Jos North Local Government Council on at the weekend.
The ex- Federal House of Representatives member for Jos North/Bassa constituency on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, tasked the cooperation of the council to embark on issues-based campaign.
Dr Kwande assured that by the God’s grace with the caliber of personality in PRP the party shall clinch the forthcoming general elections starting with the state assembly, the senate and the presidency.
He said if elected he would concentrate on consolidating more on his past achievements during his eight years in the National Assembly in the areas of social and economic projects that would continue to impact the lives and livelihood of the people of his constituency.
Also, the candidate of PRP for Pengana state constituency, Faisal Haruna Maitala charged the campaign council to put aside the issue of money and work hard for the victory of the party.
He advised them to overwhelmingly support and promote politics of ideology by canvassing PRP candidates to the electorate in all the elective positions in the state.
State Chairman Rabiu Lawal and the Director General for Kwande Senatorial Campaign Council appreciated the politician for giving them the privilege to serve.
