In his reaction, Dr Fabong Jemchang has threatened to filed a suit to challenge any action taken against.
Speaking on a phone interview with our correspondent in Jos, he described the letter on vote of no confidence on him, as “illegal because it did not pass through the exco as constitutionally allowed”, saying “the petitioners should have been present in their exco meeting before embarking on this exercise but since they failed to pass it through the proper channel, I shall stop at nothing to file my litigation against them. They’re just trying to blackmail me”
