From Victor Osula, Abuja

The raging supremacist battle between Governro Nyesom Wike and embattled National Chairmanof the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has come under the priority of the national caucus of the party, which on Friday set up a reconcilliation committee headed by former President of the Senate, David Mark.
The Mark led committee is to plead with Governor Nyesom Wike and Prince Uche Secondus to withdraw their court cases on the leadership of the party.
The caucus has also fixed the much anticipated national convention of the party for October 30, 2021.
It, however, said the venue of the meeting will be decided by the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Saturday, 28th August, 2021.
