Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development in conjunction with Next 2 none Support Initiative has rewarded the best participating Youth at the last Fashion designing training organized by the Enterprise Development and Promotion Department of the Ministry at Ode- Omu in Osun State in Youth Empowerment and Enhancement Skill Acquisition programme.
The diligent cleaner of an Agency is Mr. Jose Ayode, who got an Electronic Machine worth Two Hundred and fifty thousand naira only.
In a brief presentation ceremony held on Tuesday in the Ministry, the Director of the Enterprise Development and Promotion, who represented the Honourable Minister, Mr. Mommoh Gbenga, thanked the Chairman, Barrister Ndukwe Sam Obu, for the initiative, while charging the recipient to see the gesture as a way of encouraging other youths.
In his speech, the Chairman next 2 none support initiative said the training, which is the 5th in a row with the Ministry is aimed at emancipating the Youth from hunger and other menace. He said “The initiative is one project in the company’s varied packages to emancipate Nigerian youths from poverty and hunger”.
Speaking further, the Chairman revealed that the Organization has expanded the horizon to two winners in the next training while promising to inculcate the recipient, Mr. Ayode as a trainer in the forth coming programme.
Responding, Mr. Ayode, the happy recipient, appreciated the Ministry for the gesture which he said came as a surprise as he never expected such, even in the next ten years.
