NAN Deputy Editor-in-Chief buries Mother

 

The final burial ceremony of Madam Modupe Olatoye Asagidigbi, mother of Pastor Olagoke Olatoye, a Deputy Editor-in-Chief with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Lagos Operations, begins Dec.18.

According to the family, her burial programmes will begin with a Service of Song on Dec. 18 at her residence adjacent to Alhaji Raheem Alesinloye House, Imadin, Ilaje, Ilesa and Christian wake on Dec. 19 at the same place.

Also, the funeral service will hold on Dec. 20, 2019 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Church, Omoofe, Ilesa, Osun State.

Madam Olatoye Asagidigbi died on Sept. 28 at the age of 88 years during a brief illness.

The deceased, a devout Christian, was popularly known as “Mama Elepo and Mama Alufa” during her lifetime.

She is survived by children, grand-children and great-grand children, including Ven. Timothy Olakunle Olatoye, Pastor Oluwafemi Olatoye, Pastor Olagoke Olatoye of NAN, Kehinde Olatoye, Evangelist Idowu Olatoye and Mrs Mobolaji Ola-MAK.
