Justice Henry Olusiyi Becomes Acting Chief Judge of Kogi State.

…Bello Appoints New SSA on Security for Kabba/Bunu LGA

Justice Henry Olusiyi has been appointed acting Chief Judge of Kogi State.  He replaces the Chief Judge, Justice Nasiru Ajana who died in Covid-19 isolation center in Abuja last week.

Similarly, the Governor, Yahaya Bello has approved the appointment of Justice Bayo Olowosegu as the acting President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Kogi State. He also replaces Justice Shaibu Atadoga, who died recently.

The Justices, according to a government statement, will act on that capacity for a period of three months.

Meanwhile, the governor has okayed the appointment of Mr Olorunleke Moses, his Senior Special Assistant on political affairs as the new SSA on security to oversee the affairs of Kabba/Bunu Council Area. He was appointed in the place of Ariyo Adebayo who was sacked by the governor last week.

The Secretary to Kogi Government, who announced the changes in a statement made available to Newsmen at the weekend, however, didn’t give any reason for the development. According to the statement, the Governor also approved the appointment of Mohmoh Abdul Lasis as his new Personal Assistant to replace his late PA, Suleiman Abdulateef Adinoyi

The statement added that Adeyemi Olabode John is to take over as the SSA political, Kabba/Ijumu Federal Constituency following the redeployment of the former person, Olorunleke Moses as the SSA security in charge of Kabba/Bunu local government area.
