Hajj: Plateau Muslim Pilgrims Welfare’s Board signs MoU with S/Arabia on Pilgrims Welfare

The Executive Secretary Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare’s Board ,Hon Daiyabu Dauda said the Board has signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Saudi Arabia for the welfare of 2024 intending pilgrims from the State.

Yusuf Abdullahi Wase, Information Officer, Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board made this known to our medium in Jos .

He charged the intending Pilgrims to be law abiding citizens as they’re going to holy land ,we must pray for the restoration of peace and harmony in the state.

Dauda said ,”as part of preparation for a smooth take off for the 2024 Hajj Operations, the executive Secretary Plateau State Muslim pilgrims welfare Board Hon Daiyabu Dauda also attended conference session to be trained on service providers in makka ,kingdom of Saudi Arabia emirate .

He challenged the intending hajj to emulate the teaching of prophet Muhammad in their conduct in the holy Land to avoid absconding during the performance of hajj .

“The secretary had dialogue with Board chairman Alh. Danladi kwari and the Director Of finance and supply of the Board Alh. Bilyaminu isiyaka were they engaged him on service providers of the contingent airlift,”he says .

According Daiyabu Dauda the dialogue session deeply emphasized on how to avoid any failure that may undermine the preparedness of the Board for a hitch free Hajj Operations in line with the Directives of Governor Caleb Mutfwang,”the time is now “mantra.

He disclosed that the secretary reiterated that the Time has come and the time is now for all intending pilgrims from Plateau State to receive adequate attention for their welfare both at home and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as accorded to him .

“We have a governor that is giving us all the necessary support since his assumed office”

Meanwhile ,the Board Chairman, Alh Danladi kwari and the Dfs who are also in makka with the Executive Secretary are also putting heads together to ensure that Plateau State pilgrims get the best service delivery for 2024 hajj and beyond .
