Germany witnesses Massive Farmers, Workers Strike

 

 

Strikes and road blocks have continue throughout Germany as farmers made good their promise last week Thursday to protest government neglect and support.

Road blockades have begun throughout Germany as columns of farmers from all over the country March towards Berlin, having issued Monday, January 8 as kick -off date for a nationwide strike.

Some of them are already at the Brandenburg Gate, driving tractors and farm machines to block traffic.

Germany is facing terrible traffic jams – farmers are threatening to block highways, which threatens interruptions in the supply of goods.

Meanwhile, on January 10, a strike of railway workers will also begin in the country, which will last three days.

Airlines are expected to join and even citizens protesting against support for war efforts in Ukraine at the expense of growing unemployment and job cuts.
