The announcement follows Friday’s draw, which established the 12 groups, but organisers delayed publishing match details by 24 hours to finalise a timetable that accommodates fans worldwide dealing with unfamiliar time zones.
The tournament opens on June 11 with Mexico facing South Africa at 9pm West Africa Time at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, followed by South Korea against the winner of UEFA Playoff D at 4am on June 12 in Zapopan. Canada begins its campaign on June 12 at 9pm against the UEFA Playoff A winner at BMO Field in Toronto, whilst the United States meets Paraguay at 3am on June 13 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
England’s Group L fixtures start on June 17 at 10pm against Croatia at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, with Ghana facing Panama at 1am on June 18 in Toronto. Brazil opens Group C on June 13 at midnight against Morocco at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, and France begins Group I play on June 16 at 9pm against Senegal, also at MetLife Stadium.
The group stage concludes between June 24 and 27, with all final group matches kicking off simultaneously to maintain competitive integrity. Spain faces Cape Verde on June 15 at 6pm in Atlanta, Argentina meets Algeria on June 17 at 3am in Kansas City, and Portugal plays the FIFA Playoff 1 winner on June 17 at 7pm in Houston.
The expanded 48-team tournament represents the first World Cup hosted by three nations, with matches scheduled across 16 venues in the three countries. Multiple playoff winners remain to be determined through UEFA and FIFA qualification pathways before the competition begins.
