Ex-Lawmaker Tasks Irigwe /Rukuba, Fulani On Peaceful Co-existence

The former member  Representing  Irigwe /Rukuba Constituency at the Assembly, Honestly Geoffrey Teme has called on all the tribes  in Bassa Local Government Area to embrace the path of  peaceful  coexistence  for unhindered development  under  the All Progressive  Congress, APC , led administration. 

Teme made this  disclosure to our correspondence while answering  questions  on his desire to return to the Assembly in the forthcoming elections  to represent the good  people  Bassa constituency. 

According to him, “I have been there before and  my people trusted  me so much that I want to present myself for service with a determination to bring dividends of the democracy to them. 

 He said: “With my cordial  relationship  with  the  government  I will  stimulate the state to attract physical  development  to the area, unveiling plans that  the issue  of insecurity  ravaging will  be brought  under  control  were meeting  with  key stakeholders  to find a lasting  solution  to the  constant mayhem.”

He called  on the  people  of Irigwe and Rukuba to see themselves  as members  of one family and avoid conflicts arising from land disputes that often lead to loss  of lives and  property  to community. 

Advising Bassa people to go with the ruling party, he said the APC had so many advantages that would supports its re-election in the 2019 elections and applauded  Gov Lalong  for transforming  the state  in the midst of lean resources
