The governing All Progressives Congress ,APC, on Wednesday announced the names of new appointees to fill vacant positions in its National Working Committee, NWC.
National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, at a press briefing on the outcome of the NWC meeting held at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja on Wednesday, gave the names as follows;
Ali Bukar Dalori from Borno State as the Deputy National Chairman, North (North-East Zone); Garba Datti Muhammad from Kaduna State as the National Vice Chairman, North West; while Prof. Abdul Karim Abubakar Kana from Nasarawa State was named the National Legal Adviser (North Central Zone).
Others are; Donatus Nwankpa from Abia State emerged as the National Welfare Secretary (South East Zone); Mary Alile Idele from Edo State was appointed as the National Women Leader (South South Zone); Duro Meseko from Kogi State was named the Deputy National Publicity Secretary (North Central Zone); while Ikani Shuaibu Okolo from Kogi State was appointed as the Zonal Organising Secretary (North Central Zone).
