Lagos, Monday 17th August 2026, marked a significant addition to the support base of the NDC Eti-Osa Federal Constituency candidate for the House of Representative, in the 2027 Election, Pst. Dr. Adedayo Akin-Taylor Ekong, following the grand reception by the Uruan People’s Progressive Association (UPPA), Lagos State Headquarters led by the National President, Pst. Udorobong Jarkwa Etim.
Other stakeholders who graced the occasion, included the Young Stars Cultural Troupe of Nigeria, (YSCTN), Eti-Osa Minister’s Committee of Friends and the Pst. Dr. Adedayo Akin-Taylor Ekong Ambassadors (HADAKE Ambassadors) The groups that paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Ekong to appreciate and acknowledge her enormous and unalloyed support towards the successful free Medical Outreach and Voters’ card Registration Exercise conducted for UPPA, Rural communities and the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency at large.
During the visit, the team expressed their profound gratitude for Dr. Adedayo Akin-Taylor Ekong’s continued commitment to humanitarian services and community development.
In recognition of her dedication and contributions, UPPA and its stakeholders presented her with an Award of Honour and Appreciation in appreciation of the relief materials she presented to the community during the heavy down pour and flooding in parts of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency.
The delegation also used the opportunity to formally drum their support for / express its support and endorsement of Hon. Adedayo Akin-Taylor Ekong is the preferred candidate for the Federal House of Representatives, Eti-Osa Federal Constituency, based on her demonstrated, unwavering commitment to the people and her humanitarian efforts.
As a further demonstration of our support, the other stakeholders with HADAKE AMBASSADORS, YSCTN, and Eti-Osa Minister’s Committee of Friends presented to her campaign materials and pledged continuous support throughout the electoral process 2027.
The visit was cordial, productive, and reaffirmed the shared commitment to humanitarian service, community development, and effective representation.
A medal of honour and integrity was presented to Mrs. Nwadike on behalf of the DG Hon. Adedayo Akin-Taylor Ekong campaign organization in recognition of his pragmatic commitment towards Akin-Taylor Ekong campaign strategies and also pledged his continuous relationship with the team for better results.
According to Mrs. Ngozi Nwankwo , Akin-Taylor Ekong is God sent for Eti-Osa Federal Constituency, and her candidacy has come to restructure good governance in Eti-Osa Federal Constituency , she encouraged everyone to vote for NDC.
The DG through Mrs. Nwadike called for total support and vote defending to deliver Akin-Taylor Ekong’s victory.
Overwhelmed by the wonderful gesture of love, confidence and encouragement accorded her, Akin-Taylor Ekong in her response, thanked all the groups and their team leaders for finding her worthy of endorsement, support and campaign for and she as well pledged for accountability, Justice and fair play given the opportunity to represent Eti-Osa Federal Constituency come 2027. She however promised to do everything within her purview to salvage the situation of the people of Eti-Osa Federal Constituency.
