The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has released the official timetable for its elective national convention scheduled to hold on November 15 and 16, 2025.
According to a statement signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Umar Bature, the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms will begin on September 3 and close on September 22, while completed forms are to be submitted no later than September 26.
The party has fixed the screening of aspirants for September 30, with the publication of cleared aspirants set for October 3.
Screening appeals will be heard on October 6, while the final list of qualified aspirants will be released on October 10.
The two-day national convention, expected to produce new national officers of the party, will be followed by the inauguration of elected officials between December 1 and December 8.
