The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has declared a profit after tax of N3.3 trillion for the 2023 financial year.
In its Audited Financial Report ending December 31, 2023, the company also announced a dividend of N2.1 trillion to its shareholders.
Chairman of the NNPC Ltd Board, Pius Akinyelure, who disclosed this at a media briefing in Abuja on Monday, said the N3.3 trillion represents an increase of N749 billion when compared to the N2.54 trillion posted in the 2022 financial period.
