The Nigeria Police Force, Adamawa State Command has arrested a 42 year-old man for raping his 9 year old biological daughter.
The incident occurred in Kabak Mubi South local government area on Tuesday, March 11, 2024.
The suspect was apprehended following a report by his wife Asmau Isa.
During the course of investigation, the suspect confessed committing the offence but blamed it to taken too much alcohol and drugs.
Confirming the story, Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Command, CP Dankombo Morris said he has directed diligent investigation and prosecution of the suspect upon completion of the investigation.
