President-elect, Ahmed Bola Tinubu is expected back into the country from France where he had undergone treatment for an undisclosed ailment since March 21, 2023.
His aircraft is expected to touch down at the Presidential wing of the Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja at 2: pm on Monday, according to James Faleke, member of the House of Representatives and organizer of the reception event.
In a brief statement on Monday Faleke said, “My dear brothers and sisters of this unique family. I wish to inform and request of us all that anyone in Abuja and Nasarawa is invited to join in receiving our Peoples President and First Lady Elect today, Monday) by 2pm at the Presidential wing of the International Airport.
He said the departure time and venue are 2:pm and the Campaign Office, adding that accreditation time is 12pm.
“Buses will be provided and only accredited persons will be allowed at the Airport for security reasons,” Faleke added.
