For the second time in two months, the Woman Leader of the Movement for Change Worldwide (MFCW), in the North-Central geo-political zone, Comrade Anna Odoh, hosted some women members of the support group in Beach Greet in Jos, the capital of Plateau State, on Sunday.
In her welcome address Odoh who said the meeting was called to discuss the role of women in the upcoming 2023 general elections, enjoined them to reach to other women and young people in their immediate locality, and spread the word about the ‘obidient movement’ and what the Labour Party stands for.
In her response, Comrade Esther said, “me and other women in the State are tired of the current situation in the country, and we are all looking forward to a change of government to a more responsible administration in 2023.”
When asked by one of the women participants at the meeting, what the Labout Party has for them, Comrd. Odoh replied that the “party may not have the resources now and share money among you but be rest assured that your lives and those of your family will improve for the better. We all need to seize the chance for change all Nigerians are calling for this time around and help our candidate to win the election.”
