Unidentified person has been killed by gunmen in the process of Kidnap of a board member of the Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission, Isah Salami, in Kogi State.
He was reportedly kidnapped in the early hours of Thursday on his way to the mosque in Ogaminana, Adavi local government area of the state.
An unidentified person was also reportedly killed in the process of the kidnapping.
The kidnapping was confirmed by the Police Command spokesman in the state, SP William Aya, who also said one person was killed in the process.
Reliable source said the kidnappers came with a vehicle parked along the victim’s residence and zoomed off with him around 5:00am.
