President Muhammadu Buhari has decorated the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Farouk Yahaya, with his new rank.
The Chief of Army Staff was decorated in State House, Abuja, in the presence of the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor, and the wife of Army Chief.
The ceremony took place before the weekly Cabinet meeting being presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.
