It was commendation galore for owners of Dominion Court Apartment and Rooms, as the facility was last Monday commissioned in Ojodu, Ikeja, Lagos.
The event which attracted many eminent Nigerians ,was chaired by former Chairman,Senate Committee on Health, Prince Lanre Tejuosho.
Tejuosho who lauded the initiative behind the opening of the facility explained that it was an initiative geared towards closing the gap in the housing deficit in Nigeria, which he lamented had got to near unbearable level.
Tejuosho further commended the Managing Director of Pekamol Ventures Nig.Limited,Mr Peter Praise Emerokwam, a parent company to Dominion Court Apartment,for the laudable project .
He said; “lam not surprised that Emerokwam would go this far, because he had been a hard working, honest and committed man in their over 30 years ties in the medical equipment business and l pray that the facility will grow to the extent that it will be replicated across the country.”
He further urged the youth to imbibe the sterling qualities of honesty ,hard work and tenacity of purpose which enabled the Pekamol group in achieving this rare feat.
Emerokwam who is the Chairman of Dominion Court Apartment, said the idea that led to the project,”was to revive core family values which was fast eroding in our ever changing world.”
According to him; “the facility would afford families who want to experience a change of environment,to bond and truly reunite.”
The event featured the cutting of tape, a facility tour and cutting of cake.
