#End SARS Now Protesters
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has taken to his twitter page on Saturday to mourn the passing of Jimoh Isiaka, who was shot dead on Saturday while taking part in an #End SARS protest in Ogbomoso.
In a his twitter handle
@seyiamakinde, the governor said: “I have received with deep sadness the news of the passing of one of our children, Jimoh Isiaka, who was shot during the ENDSARS protest in Ogbomoso. He later died at Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso, earlier today.”

Meanwhile, former military Head of State, General Ibrahim B. Babangida has joined the growing list of high profile voices calling on the government and police authorities to embark on an urgent reform of the police, disclosing that it was his regime that created the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, “to fight armed robbers and not harassing the citizen…”
According to the Army General @General_Ibbro; “I urge the Presidency and the Police Chiefs to have an urgent reform on police brutality on the ongoing #EndSARS campaign. My administration created the Special Anti-Robbery Squad to protect the citizens from crimes and robbery, not harassing the citizens on a daily.”
