They had taken the ball to the almost rusty PSG, and with the pressure, a PSG defender deflected the ball into Pasalic’s path who wasted no time to smash the ball past goalie Kerlor Navas. Then they lost concentration and PSG, in the dying minutes of the game, pulled a stunt.
Marquinhos pulled one back for PSG back in the 90th minute and in the 90th+3 mins, Maxim Choupo-Moting killed the match with another goal. Neymar has passed the ball to Kylian Mbappe, who squares – and there is Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting to tap in from six yards out.
Both players saved the day in a devastating manner for PSG in the last minutes of the second half of the game at Estadio Da Luz, Lisbon.
With the win, PSG has set up a semi-final with the winner in the encounter between Atletico Madrid and RB Leipzig, whose match comes up on Thursday.
