The recent occurrence of killings in Katsina State, was not only condemnable but to say the least absolutely ungodly and inhuman.
Alhaji Danladi Garba Pasali, National Coordinator of Buhari Campaign Organization BCO, has described the recent killings in Katsina by bandits as “absolutely ungodly and inhuman.”
Speaking to THISAGE in Jos, he said the organization has “keenly watched and observed that the series of attacks, blackmails and politicisation of the killing, is all in the guise of political grand plan ahead of 2023 general elections.” .
He said for any one to say President Buhari, has not done anything good for the region, especially in the area of security, was to misinform the ordinary citizens in the country.
“It is obvious that a lot of weaponry were procured, for both the army, air force and navy all in efforts to enhanced security of the country.
“A reflection on the security architecture, easily revealed that sons of the region majorly control the security circle, from the service chiefs, security adviser and minister, and that was deliberately done by Mr. President, having in mind that most of the security problems he inherited are domiciled in the region, hence the idea is for them to diligently work in curbing the problems. “It is a known fact that despite the re-occurrences of attacks and killings, the government has achieved significant security stride compared to what was obtainable prior to 2015.”
“Secondly, for people like Professor Ango Abdullahi, to opine that Obasanjo’s regime which he had served as Senior special Adviser on food and security was better than this present administration of Buhari, to the northern region, is unfortunate. Such statement should only be seen as reminding the people of the region of Obasanjo’s woes, mainly in the area of agriculture, industries and infrastructure.
“The average farmer is today attesting to the efforts of the Buhari administration in the area of food production and it’s security, and only person with antics mind will tell that nothing positive has been done. This particular all- important aspect of our lives, has today make our rural economy grow and is growing faster.
“On the protesters, whose is right of doing is guaranteed by our laws, but the political manner at which they are sponsored to, easily tells of their sponsors ill-motivation,” he said
