Office of the Accountant General of the Federation of Nigeria at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja has been gutted by fire.
Eyewitness accounts say the fire, which started from the third floor of the imposing structure razed many offices on that floor including that of the office of the Accountant-General,Ahmed Idris.
Firefighters are currently battling to put the inferno under control.
The cause of the fire is yet to be made known. Workers are at home observing the lockdown over COVID-19
