NAN Deputy Editor-in-Chief Loses Mother

A Deputy Editor-in-Chief with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Lagos Operations, Pastor Olagoke Olatoye, has lost his mother, Madam Modupe Olatoye Asagidigbi.

Madam Olatoye Asagidigbi died on Sept. 28 at the age of 88 years during a brief illness.

The deceased, a devout Christian, was popularly known as “Mama Elepo and Mama Alufa” during her lifetime.

According to the family, her burial programmes will begin with a Christian wake on Dec. 19, 2019 at her residence, beside Aleshinloye House, Imadin-Ilaje, Ilesa.

The funeral service will hold on Dec. 20, 2019 at the Anglican Church Cathedral, Omoofe, Ilesa, Osun State.

She is survived by children, grand-children and great-grand children, including Ven. Timothy Olakunle Olatoye, Pastor Oluwafemi Olatoye, Pastor Olagoke Olatoye of NAN, Kehinde Olatoye, Evangelist Idowu Olatoye and Mrs Mobolaji Ola-MAK.
