After collecting defeat from Napoli in the opening game, champions Liverpool had to fight back against a determined Red Bull Salzburg side at Anfield to earn their first win.
They had almost wrapped up the game in a 3-1 thrashing of the visitors, who rallied to draw level through Takumi Minamino at the 56th min and Erling Braut- Haaland at the 60th min until reliable striker Mo’ striker struck a second time in the 69th min to end the thriller at 4-3.
Sadio Mane and Andy Robertson each put in a goal.

Suarez on fire with two goals at Nou Camp
It was Luis Suarez’s day with a brace at Nou Camp, saving Barcelona who had conceded an early 2 min goal by Inter’s Lautaro Martinez
Like Suarez who was always lurking in the 18 yard box, Martinez almost got a second Marc-Andre ter Stegen expertise in clearing his header.
With an assist from Lionel Messi, found Suarez , found the back of the net the second time, earning him a record. The goals were his first two championship goals in over three years.

Osimhen, bought as a summer replacement for Arsenal-bound Nicolas Pepe, caused problems in the air and it was his header, which brought Lille level in the 33rd min in the first half.
