A group under the auspices of Kogi State Liberation Organization(KSLO) has endorsed the aspiration of Alhaji Kebiru Haruna to run for the governorship race of Kogi state come November 16 2019 on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The president of the Group, Comrade Michael Ojochegbe who made the declaration of his members resolve at a press conference in Lokoja on Thursday, described Alhaji Kebiru Haruna as the best candidate for the exulted position capable of rescuing the people of the from the current hardship, poverty and under development as a result of the maladministration of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)
Comerade Ojochegbe however, commended the PDP governorship aspirant who is presently the MD and Chief Executive Officer of SAHARA HOMES INTERNATIONAL for considering the people’s clarion call to come and salvage, redeem and rebuild the human and infrastructural decay that had bedeviled the state under Governor Bello-led administration in the state.
The president also described Alhaji Kebiru Haruna as a tested technocrat, seasoned administrator whose wealth of experience is second to non among the governorship aspirants under review in Kogi State and deserve the support of all both at his primary election level and the main governorship contest in November.
According to Ojochegbe “our organization’s endorsement of Alhajii Kebiru is as a result of his track records of human development, accountability, fairness, just and above all fear of God.
He especially attested to the Alhaji Kebiru Haruna’s humanitarian posture of giving scholarship to indigent students across all institution of learning in Kogi State and other states
Empowerment of widows and youths as well as sponsorship of pilgrims to Mecca and Jerusalem and active participation in community development.
Ojochegbe implored other aspirants to in the spirit of brotherhood, rally round the aspiration of one of their own Alhaji Kebiru Haruna (SARAHA) who is a detribalised Nigerian to guarantee our victory and ultimate political liberation in the forth coming November 16th Kogi governorship election.
