Board Members Pledge Loyalty To Lalong

The Muslim Pilgrims Board Chairman,  Barr. Auwal Abdullahi has pledged to revamp the board to be one of the best in the country, while pledging his loyalty along with other board executives and members who were inaugurated yesterday, to the governor, Simon Lalong.

Speaking to our correspondent at the Muslim board headquarters at Beach Road ,Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau, Abdullahi said the challenges of all the government agencies is huge hence the need for them to solicit the cooperation of a sundry to assist in improving the facilities .

Meanwhile,  a lawmaker, Ibrahim Baba Hassan, has while appreciating Governor Lalong, for the careful selection of members of the Board and its secretary and his board members, expressed hope that they will work in, “synergy to give the board and pilgrims the best of services.”

He felicitated with them and urged the people of the state to accord all the necessary support, while during the inauguration,

Secretary to the Government of Plateau State (SGS), Hon. Rufus Bature, disclosed all the new boards will be under the supervisions of deputy Governor and Secretary to the Government of the State.
