The danceable song titled, Bless Me, a paean to life, is a skillful fusion of Afro and pop music delivered in a melodious voice and background chant.

“This is the best gift from God to start a new year and put His authority on my talent, which I pledge to use to the benefit of others, especially my teeming fans who voted for me” said Sweez to ThisAge, few days after receiving the award.

The third year student of Entrepreneurship thanked his university lecturers, who kick-started the whole thing by urging students to develop an area of talent as part of their in- course training for their future benefit, his friends, uncles and parents for their encouragement. He praised the organisers, for pulling all the stops despite of the harsh conditions to make the show a reality. “The best is yet to come from me, this is my signature tune.” He said, pledging to rev up his craft in the year alongside his studies.
