Lockdown: Ogun Prosecutes 100 Offenders

Ogun state has prosecuted over 100 persons for violations of regulations imposed by the government to tackle the spread of coronavirus disease.

Out of this number, 40 were sentence to community service of three months while 41 were fines and 20 discharged.

Speaking on the issue in Obantoko area of Abeokuta, the state capital on Thursday, Commission of Police in the state, Mr. Kenneth Abrason, said the public has been complying with the lockdown and urged the people to obey the prevention protocols outline for prevention of the virus.
