FIFA Ranks Nigeria 4th In Africa

 

Nigeria has emerged fourth in Africa in the latest FIFA ranking, behind Senegal, Tunisia and Morocco. In the latest ranking released today, the Super Eagles scored 1427 points to clinched the 44th position in global ranking that saw Belgium as the world best followed by 2018 World Cup winner France.

South American giants Brazil finished in third place after winning all of their games since the World Cup without conceding a single goal.

World Cup runners-up Croatia ended 2018 in fourth position while England came fifth.

Portugal appear in sixth spot, followed by Uruguay before Switzerland, Spain and Denmark complete the top 10. Argentina is eleventh, while once football power house, German got the worst ranking ever in the 16th position. Below is also the top ten in Africa:
