El-Classico: Barca Maintain Unbeaten Laliga Record, Draw Madrid 2-2

With ten men after Sergi Roberto was red cared in the 45+3 minutes Barcelona was able to retain its unbeaten record for the season after a thrilling encounter with a formidable rival, Real Madrid, ending the game 2-2

With three games to go, they still have the opportunity to become the first Spanish side in history to go on a complete campaign undefeated.

No team in Spanish football history has done it. Luis Suarez opened scoring sheet for the home side with a volley 10 minutes into the encounter and Cristiano Ronaldo levelled  4 minutes later. Then LionelMessi scored early in second half in the 52minutes while Gareth Bale smashed home the equaliser in the 72nd minute. Messi has equalised the El-Classico record of 28 goals and was determined to break it but a crack Madrid defence put paid to the dream.
