National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Adams Oshiohmole has up till April 8 to know whether he would still occupy his office as an FCT High Court has fixed judgement for April 7 and 8 to determine the suit against him.

Meanwhile, Justice Danlami Senchi has granted an order of interim injunction stopping Adams Oshiomhole from parading himself as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), pending the determination of a suit.

Justice Danlami Senchi, who granted the injunction on Wednesday, held that political parties must be bound by their constitution and having been suspended by his ward,  Oshiomhole is restrained from functioning as the National Chairman of the party, pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit.

The order followed an application of interlocutory injunction that six plaintiffs, led by one Mustapha Salihu, filed through their lawyer, Mr. Oluwole Afolabi. They had among other things, prayed the court to oust Oshiomhole from office, alleging that he was previously suspended as a member of the party from his Etsako ward 10, in Edo State.

Oshiomhole has been having a running battle for supremacy in his home state, Edo with Governor Godwin Obaseki, leading to his suspension by his ward in the state.Adams O
